109th Scientific Meeting of the AIA

Dear Esteemed Members of the AIA,
Dear Colleagues,

It is with great pleasure that we draw your attention to an upcoming international scientific event organized by the Academy of Iranian Physicians and Dentists in Germany (AIA).

On 1 August 2026, our Academy, in close collaboration with numerous Iranian medical and biomedical scientific societies as well as other distinguished national and international scientific institutions, will host the International Virtual Conference on Medicine, Biomedical Sciences and Innovation.

The preparation of this international scientific forum has required an exceptional level of organizational and logistical commitment under the particularly challenging circumstances of the present time. Thanks to the tireless dedication of many colleagues and the close cooperation of our national and international partners, it has been possible to bring this distinguished scientific event to fruition.

Since its foundation, the Academy of Iranian Physicians and Dentists in Germany ( AIA) has regarded service to our beloved homeland, Iran, its people, and its scientific community as one of its foremost responsibilities. For many years, we have remained committed to this mission through numerous scientific and humanitarian initiatives, as well as by actively promoting national and international scientific collaboration.

Particularly in light of the profound challenges and difficult developments currently facing Iran, we consider it our responsibility to support and inspire the next generation of scientists and scholars, thereby contributing to the scientific advancement and future prosperity of our country.
We are therefore especially pleased to present this exceptional international scientific forum.

It is our great honour to welcome Professor Dr. Katalin Karikó, Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine 2023, pioneer of modified mRNA technology, and former Senior Vice President of BioNTech, as our Guest of Honour and Keynote Speaker.
Through this scientific forum, we aim to inspire students, early-career scientists, physicians, and researchers by highlighting the latest advances in modern medicine and biomedical sciences. At the same time, we seek to strengthen international scientific collaboration and encourage young scientists to pursue their academic careers with curiosity, perseverance, and a commitment to global cooperation.

Participation is free of charge.
